In the Dvara Method, if a planet sat in this 5.625° slice of the zodiac at your birth, or about 88 days before it, dvara 49 is part of your chart. It belongs to the Emotion centre, which governs emotions and feeling, and sits in the Manipura chakra.
On its own it is an open dvara: a quality you have access to, but one that reaches for a partner. It completes a channel only when its partner dvara is also present: 19. That partner can come from your own chart, from another person's chart, or from a passing transit. When it does, the Emotion centre becomes defined, and the channel's energy becomes a consistent part of you or of the relationship.
