Decisive clarity: be clear about what is right and act on it firmly.
Will centre · Anahata chakra · hexagram 21 of the I Ching
The will to take charge of what you are responsible for. It bites through obstacles and keeps things in order.
Control over people, money or territory; anger when control is challenged.
Every dvara has both. Which one shows depends on awareness, circumstances and the people around you, not on the dvara itself.
In the Dvara Method, if a planet sat in this 5.625° slice of the zodiac at your birth, or about 88 days before it, dvara 21 is part of your chart. It belongs to the Will centre, which governs willpower, self-worth and promises, and sits in the Anahata chakra.
On its own it is an open dvara: a quality you have access to, but one that reaches for a partner. It completes a channel only when its partner dvara is also present: 45. That partner can come from your own chart, from another person's chart, or from a passing transit. When it does, the Will centre becomes defined, and the channel's energy becomes a consistent part of you or of the relationship.

Willpower directed at resources and control. Managing money, property and people, and speaking with authority about what is yours to steward.
The Dvara Method teaches that a dvara you were not born with can still be developed through contemplation. The quality to cultivate here is: Decisive clarity: be clear about what is right and act on it firmly. The Sun spends about six days in this dvara each year (around 30 March to 5 April), and the Moon passes through it roughly every 27 days, which makes natural times to practise.

Dvara 21 occupies the same slice of the zodiac as hexagram 21 of the I Ching. If you know the 64 gates from Human Design, it corresponds to gate 21. The Dvara Method is independent and reads it in its own words.
